El ayuntamiento de Vinaròs, esta semana, ha recibido una grata noticia: La Generalitat Valenciana ha aprobado dos nuevas subvenciones dirigidas a Talleres de Empleo. Se trata de la nada despreciable suma de 928.000 Euros, en dos asignaciones de 464.000 euros para cada uno de los dos Talleres de Empleo para el año 2020. La gestión ha sido llevada a cabo por la Agencia de Desarrollo Local de nuestro ayuntamiento, dependiente de la Concejalía de Hacienda y Empleo, a cargo de la concejala socialista María Cano. Hi havia una vegada un port al mediterrani, que pertanyia a Madrid. (sembla ara una incongruència, però per als vells del lloc, era molt significatiu, era un port important, estratègic). Tal dia fa uns quants anys (no tants…) el port es va transferir a la Generalitat Valenciana, amb el convenciment (suposem) de que seria una font d’atracció de diners, sobre tot per a interès turístic.
